Description of walk and guide to audio reflections
- You start from Capel Bangor ‘train station’ and follow the road east by the river, passing Rheidol Riding Centre and continuing on to a house where track becomes a bridle way and proceeds upwards. You follow the path, veering to left when faced with a T-junction. You cross a little stream and a gate and when on open field proceed to big Oak Tree

Listen to audio reflection point 1. Listening and Sensing
- You continue down the path across the field, turning left onto a track. You cross two gates (and the train line) and continue through a forested track until you meet a road. When you get to the road, turn left and continue for a mile or so. Continue down the valley past a farm on right and later a house on the left.

You will be walking towards the camera, looking for the sharp left (here in the dark).
