Welcome to World at our Doorstep walking project! At this site we introduce you to a series of walks – local and global all at once – based around Aberystwyth and surrounding villages. In these walks we explore the local and global relationships which tie us to each other, the land, animals and plants. These walks – and related video, audio and images are produced for all to enjoy – as either guides to your own walk or as content you can enjoy wherever you are online.

This project has been developed with support of Aberystwyth University 150th Anniversary funding and NERC X-Disciplinary project called Planetary Multispecies Politics in Action [NE/X018210/1]. We feature initially 3 walks, with variations you can try depending on whether you are walking, biking and walking or driving and walking.
